PortAventura World

For over 30 years, PGAV has played a leading role in developing PortAventura World—one of Europe’s premier resort destinations. Our relationship began with the original site selection and the comprehensive master plan for the entire resort.

Our team master planned the entire resort, including multiple hotels, a casino, a convention center, a golf center and courses, housing, a Mediterranean beach club, and a sports complex with tennis and soccer facilities.

We designed and developed everything for the theme park from detailed construction documents to on-site coordination during construction. We also planned for essential infrastructure, including guest circulation, parking, and a dedicated train station.

PGAV has remained a trusted creative partner throughout PortAventura’s five changes in ownership.

We’ve continued to lead design efforts for resort expansions—adding new themed hotels, renovating existing ones, introducing new attractions within the park, and Ferrari Land. We’ve also updated the resort’s master plan twice to accommodate its ongoing growth and innovation. The result is a park with six immersive zones and 40 attractions for the whole family.
