At PGAV Destinations, we create remarkable places.

Places to work, places to learn, places to discover, and places to play.

We know that exceptional destinations can only be made by people who possess that rare and unforgettable blend of creativity, professionalism, and experience. We also know that the best destinations are designed on a foundation of diverse perspectives and expertise. We encourage our people to find their own niche, and we support their continuous learning and growth by strongly advocating licensing and accreditation with resources, tutoring, and financial support.

Working in PGAV Destinations' offices

PGAV Destinations designs attractions, exhibits, and experiences that enrich lives. Using intuition, intellect, and imagination, PGAV Destinations help clients create enduring memories in the minds of their guests. PGAV is recognized as the leading master planner and designer of theme parks, zoos, museums, aquariums, heritages sites, destination retail, and brand-based celebrations.

Creating A Best Self

PGAV Destination’s culture focuses on empowering and celebrating employees through professional and personal development programs. One initiative, PGAV Go, offers a stipend for employees to do whatever they feel is best for their professional growth. From classes and conferences to international travel and inspiring animal encounters–every employee comes back with knowledge to share with their colleagues.

Always Learning

PGAV believes that the best destinations are designed on a foundation of diverse perspectives. Our staff works with experts to better understand the wide range of subjects that come with each unique project. Every day presents something new for our artists, architects, storytellers and strategists to discover, whether it’s learning about the day-to-day lives of astronauts or the anatomy of a narwhal. Each and every detail is taken into account to create work that clients love.

STEM Meets Design

You may not have gone to school for engineering or mathematics, but today, STEM relates to a broad range of disciplines. With cutting-edge technology solutions, the PGAV Destination designers are able to bring 3D renderings to life. When creating cultural exhibits in related fields, our architects use science as a basis for storytelling. The connections between STEM and design grow more and more apparent with every project, and lead to unique, exciting and innovative experiences for clients.

Giving Back

Each and every day at PGAV brings the opportunity to discover the world through new lenses, and those opportunities are especially clear on Volunteer Day. Each year, employees dedicate a day to giving back to local organizations that make the city we call home a better place. Petting dogs, playing with kids, planting tulips–there are many opportunities for employees to get out of the office, serve the community and have a little fun.
