PGAV Destination’s culture focuses on empowering and celebrating employees through professional and personal development programs. One initiative, PGAV Go, offers a stipend for employees to do whatever they feel is best for their professional growth. STEM Meets Design

You may not have gone to school for engineering or mathematics, but today, STEM relates to a broad range of disciplines. With cutting-edge technology solutions, the PGAV Destination designers are able to bring 3D renderings to life. When creating cultural exhibits in related fields, our architects use science as a basis for storytelling. The connections between STEM and design grow more and more apparent with every project, and lead to unique, exciting and innovative experiences for clients.

Giving Back

Each and every day at PGAV brings the opportunity to discover the world through new lenses, and those opportunities are especially clear on Volunteer Day. Each year, employees dedicate a day to giving back to local organizations that make the city we call home a better place. Petting dogs, playing with kids, planting tulips–there are many opportunities for employees to get out of the office, serve the community and have a little fun.
