Wilson Center for Nature Discovery at Grandfather Mountain

PGAV designed more than a dozen state-of-the-art interactive exhibits at the Wilson Center for Nature Discovery to explore the mountain’s natural history, flora, fauna, geology, and weather. The exhibits include a 3D interactive map with field guide touchscreens, a hands-on demonstration of wind speeds, and other exhibits that focus on the mountain’s natural history and geology.


Missouri Botanical Garden Media Development
St. Louis | MO
PGAV brought the Missouri Botanical Garden’s story to life through dynamic media for its feature wall in the lobby. We curated and edited footage to highlight the Garden’s mission and educational impact while creating custom 3D visuals that celebrate its iconic locations throughout the garden and logo. Additionally, we produced an engaging show that explores the Garden’s rich history and global influence, focusing on its legacy and ongoing impact.


Nantahala Outdoor Center
Bryson City | NC
PGAV worked with the Nantahala Outdoor Center to design concepts for memorable outdoor experiences that appeal to both whitewater enthusiasts and a broader audience. The master plan enhanced the entry, expanded offerings, and introduced Olympic-themed storytelling while creatively utilizing steep, unused land for eco-friendly, premium accommodations that blend adventure with comfort.


Table Rock Centre at Niagara Falls

In 2019, PGAV Destinations partnered with Natural Bridge Caverns to develop a master plan focused on enhancing immersive guest experiences and maximizing revenue. In 2022, with the tourism industry’s post-pandemic recovery and the launch of the Hidden Passages project, PGAV revisited its previous master plan work to validate its relevance and produce a comprehensive final plan, serving as a roadmap for future development over the next 10 to 15 years.

PGAV developed a 10-year master plan that identified key opportunities, including relocating retail within the destination, improving pathways, introducing new dining options to capitalize on spectacular views, and enhancing branding, interpretation, and group sales.


Ruby Falls
Chattanooga | TN
Ruby Falls first partnered with PGAV Destinations in 2014 for a Destination Growth Plan, which identified new revenue opportunities and enhanced the visitor experience. Initiatives implemented included themed retail and dining, a multimedia experience, an outdoor plaza, improved parking, a new observation deck, and upgraded staff facilities. PGAV also developed a brand strategy and graphic identity for the new experiences, creating sub-brands under the iconic Ruby Falls logo.
