Premier Parks, Owner of Nashville Shores, Hires PGAV Destinations for Resort Master Plan
PGAV Destinations, a global leader in the planning and design of unique destinations, has contracted with Premier Parks to provide a master plan for their Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort property. Nashville Shores, which is located just 10 minutes from downtown Nashville on 385 wooded acres on Percy Priest Lake, currently features lodging, lake rentals, a water park, marina, and Treetop Adventure Park.
The long-range master plan will be focused on enhancing the functionality and guest experience of the property through increasing the number and variety of accommodations, adding additional resort amenities to elevate the resort experience, reviewing the brand identity, and modifying vehicular and pedestrian circulation to tie all resort amenities together.

Nearly 10 years ago, PGAV Destinations worked with Premier Parks on a master plan to develop the property. Since then, Nashville Shores has seen tremendous growth in all facets of the property. The waterpark has nearly doubled in size with new attractions, retail, and concession areas, the lodging program was greatly expanded, a BBQ restaurant was introduced, and significant improvements were made with the pontoon boat rental fleet.

Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort on the banks of Percy Priest Lake includes lodging options of 31 cabins and 99 RV sites. It is home to Nashville’s biggest waterpark including slides, wave pool, lazy river, pools, lake cruises and Kowabunga Beach. The Treetop Adventure Park aerial adventure course features zip lines, cargo nets, ladders, Tarzan jumps, and more.
