Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin is set in the majestic grandeur of the icy South Pole, an immersive experience transporting guests to the frigid world of Antarctica, with fantastic retail, dining, and an exhilarating ride that lets every family slide and glide through the penguins’ world to the their colony. For the first time in any theme park, this motion-based simulator ride is completely trackless and allows guests to choose one of two levels of adventure with various levels of intensity, while becoming one with the story of one penguin’s adventures. Then it sets guests free to explore a diverse colony of penguins in a beautiful expanse that brings them above and below their icy world.

Fun Fact

The penguin colony is the largest outside of Antarctica; and through sophisticated systems, guests experience a comfortable, staggered temperature drop from 90ºF to 30ºF starting from outside the attraction to once they’re seated in the ride vehicles.
