VOV 2024 spotlights the attractions industry’s agility in responding to market changes. Among the key findings, 95% of respondents say they plan to visit attractions in 2024. Visitors also indicate a desire to visit a variety of attractions. Digging deeper, VOV 2024 uncovers visitor motivations, what aspects they value the most, and how their experiences contribute to their level of satisfaction. It also introduces questions relating to visitors who are neurodivergent, have a disability, are people of color, and identify as LGBTQ+.
