PGAV Destinations Announces New Studio Leaders

PGAV Destinations Announces New Studio Leaders

PGAV Destinations, a global leader in the planning and design of unique destinations, is excited to announce two internal leadership promotions in the St. Louis, Missouri and Orlando, Florida studio locations as a part of a multi-studio strategy for PGAV Destinations.

Ashley Edelbrock and Justin Stichter are the first to hold this new role at PGAV, created as part of the multi-studio strategy for PGAV Destinations to reinforce the studio’s culture after expanding to Orlando, FL. As Studio Leaders, Edelbrock and Stichter will focus on fostering an environment that maximizes creativity and workflow, empowering employees to grow and enhancing PGAV’s reputation as a leader in the industry.

“Studio culture has long been a key to our success.  Now that we are growing our team and expanding with the Orlando Studio, we want to ensure the same level of creative, cultural excellence across PGAV’s multiple locations. Ashley and Justin are perfectly suited to lead this aspect of our expansion.  I am particularly proud to see them grow into these roles,” said Mike Konzen, CEO of PGAV Destinations.

Edelbrock, Orlando’s Studio Leader, is a 12-year veteran of PGAV and a licensed architect, project lead, and attraction designer. She recently relocated from St. Louis to Orlando. She has been a champion for recruitment and mentorship and is part of the internal review and professional development process.

Stichter, the St. Louis Studio Leader, has been with PGAV for 18 years as an attraction designer, project manager, and senior project architect. He will remain in St. Louis, where he has helped create a fun and engaging work environment, including planning feasts, video game competitions, and minigolf courses. Stichter has also advocated for mentorship and professional development throughout his career at PGAV.

Edelbrock stated, “Throughout PGAV’s 50-plus year history, we have maintained that our people are our greatest asset. As the world has become more global and connected, it is part of our strategic growth to attract more diverse talent and be available to our clients and industries in multiple physical locations. However, it is still critical to maintain the knowledge, resources, and unique points of view each of our staff has to offer. Justin and I hope to bridge the gap between the two offices and reinforce that collaborative culture.”

Stichter added, “We work with the best clients and on the best projects – but the part of my job I get the most genuine joy from is working with our PGAV Destinations Team. PGAV is filled with world-class talent and world-class people. As designers, we get to help influence the built environment, curating amazing experiences around the world; as the St Louis Studio Leader, I get to help influence the building of people, curating an amazing professional experience for my teammates.
